CORE CLINIC DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Eligible for quarterly stipend
- Must possess a Tier 1 Certification based in Orthopedic care
- Must possess a Passion for clinical excellence with the ability to effectively communicate with and teach our clinical staff
- Possess effective time management skills to provide 80% direct patient care and 20% RCEC duties weekly
- Ability to provide live or virtual mentoring and tutorials focused on devloping increased orthopedic skills and care outcomes to less experienced clinicians
- Ability to travel (as needed) within the Michigan locations to provide onsite RCEC duties
- Collaborate with fellow clinical excellence peers to implement and facilitate Upstream's Neew Provider Mentoring Program
- Work with clinicians to properly collect outcome data and provide strategies that will exceed the Regional MCID. This may consist of periodic chart and care audits.
- Work with Regional and Clinic Directors to develop individualized plans for professional development of clinical staff
